Alice is the Threat Intelligence and Offensive Security lead at ANZ, with over 12 years of leadership experience spanning a variety of industries. Alice is responsible for delivering offensive security exercises, leading a team of highly technical operational threat intelligence analysts, and developing ANZ’s Strategic Threat Intelligence capability - bringing together multiple areas across the bank to enable a multi-disciplinary approach to risk.

With her diverse background and deep fascination with the intersection of technology, security, and global affairs, Alice brings a non-traditional perspective to tackling the complex and ever-changing cybersecurity landscape. A firm believer that the diversity of modern threats can only be effectively mitigated by a diversity of thinking, Alice is also passionate about the empowerment of neurodiverse individuals, career changers, and women in the cyber security industry.

David Willett is the current leader of PEXA’s IT Security team, where he is entrusted with the critical task of safeguarding the security of the PEXA platform and its over 8,000 members. His role involves extensive collaboration across the PEXA organisation to craft and implement a comprehensive Security Strategy and Roadmap.

With a career spanning more than 12 years, Willett has a rich background in delivering Managed Security Services to various Australian Federal Government Departments and commercial entities within the Financial Services Industry. His expertise covers a wide range of responsibilities, from operational and customer-facing roles in IT Service Delivery and Cyber Security to managing Cyber Security Programs, Board Level Reporting, ITIL processes, leadership, stakeholder engagement, and customer relationship management. Willett has demonstrated leadership in roles requiring the direction of up to forty network/security engineers, team leaders, and Security Operations Centre (SOC) analysts.

He takes pride in leading a dynamic IT Security Team towards establishing PEXA's Security Function as a benchmark for excellence. Under his guidance, the team is dedicated to developing a Security Strategy and Roadmap that is both risk-aware and pragmatic, ensuring the platform, staff, and members are secured now and into the future.

Shane brings a wealth of experience from his recent role as a Tech exec at ANZ Banking Group and decade-long career in various UK government agencies. At ANZ Bank he led a number of key areas, including Threat Intelligence, Offensive Security, and Zero Trust Architecture. Prior to this, his work with UK government agencies spanned Special Operations Counter Terrorism, Communications Exploitation, Counter Espionage, Counter Intelligence, and International Manhunt.
