Jasmina is an accomplished threat intelligence specialist with a diverse background in games development, illustration and Japanese fashion subcultures. She is a senior security leader at Canva, having successfully built a threat intelligence program to support the Security & Trust division. In 2023, Jasmina won the Australian Women Leading Tech award for Cyber Security.

Twice invited to the White House to brief Obama Administration cybersecurity leadership, Peter Coroneos is an internationally recognised authority on cyber policy, an Internet industry leader, author, activist and policy innovator. As part of the mission to build a faster, fairer safer and more trusted internet for all Australians, Peter led the development of icode, an industry-wide botnet mitigation program developed while he was head of Australia’s iconic Internet Industry Association (1997-2011). It reached 92% population coverage in Australia after just 4 months and was later adapted by the US telecommunications industry for the benefit of an estimated 276 million users. As IIA head, he was instrumental in developing and guiding Australia’s policies on copyright, broadband, privacy, child safety, spam, critical infrastructure protection and cybercrime. His advocacy has seen extensive national and international media coverage over 25 years.
In 2022, Peter founded Cybermindz.org, a not-for-profit dedicated to bringing scalable, evidence based mental health support to embattled cyber teams. It is the world’s first application of the US military-backed iRest protocol into cybersecurity to build and powerfully restore emotional and cognitive resilience and prevent burnout.

CISO, KPMG Australia
Shannon Lorimer is the Chief Information Security Officer of KPMG Australia and has 24 Years of experience in security, intelligence, and investigations. She is very active in multiple Global and Regional Security initiatives and advisory committees within KPMG. In her last role she spent two years in leadership at ANZ Bank developing a human risk, investigations and insider threat program.
Prior to that she was the Deputy Director for Security at the Department of the Navy from 2015 to 2018, overseeing security for the United States Navy and Marine Corps, strategic planning and budgets for security, policy, operations, investigations, intelligence, and security. Shannon has a robust history in standing up and leading complex Government Agency Security Programs, including programs such as Continuous Evaluation, Insider Threat, and playing an essential part in automating components of the Security Clearance Process through the use of big data across the Government and Privacy Sectors. She was instrumental to the development of the Executive Order on Insider Threat, Privacy Exemptions for use of Social Media for Vetting, and creation of the US Department of Defense Big Data Platform for Continuous Evaluation and Background Investigations.
She has a passion for helping Veterans and First Responders through the Trojan’s Trek Program that focuses on Peer to Peer Counselling. She also participates in mentorship programs and innovations to support women in changing careers within technology. Shannon is Married and a Mother of two teenagers, in her spare time she enjoys reading, gardening and hiking.

VP and Head of Product Marketing, Recorded Future
Kalpana is an accomplished marketing and strategy leader with 15+ years of experience working in cybersecurity, technology and management consulting across US, Australia, Singapore and India.
She currently leads product marketing for Recorded Future which includes product marketing, solution marketing, technical marketing, competitive intelligence, and industry Analyst Relations. She focuses on understanding the market, customer problems, and technology to develop impactful positioning and messaging to drive revenue growth. Prior to joining Recorded Future, Kalpana led the Customer Identity product marketing team at Okta where she helped companies accelerate digital transformation and secure their customer data through identity.
Prior to focusing on product marketing, Kalpana spent a number of years in strategy and corporate development where she helped leadership and board make strategic investment decisions. She also spent time meeting start-ups across every area of cybersecurity and has a deep understanding of emerging technologies and what makes a product work and scale in the crowded security market.
Kalpana has a bachelor's degree in computer science from University of Delhi and MBA from IIT, Delhi.
